The slogan of the Research & Development Department is ¡° Draw on the wisdom of the group to
research and develop innovatively¡±.
There are 40 technicians in the department, 29 of them are above college for professional
training.The R&D Department, which is equipped with one of the world¡¯s most advanced vehicle parts
3D designing software CATIA V5 and CATIA V4 used for 3D designing new products as well as dynamic
simulation, has spacious designing and conference room. In addition, we have AutoCAD for new
products 2D design.
The long-term objective of R&D Department is to expand to 68 employees and to add to some 3D
software such as UG¡¢CATIA. At the meantime, R&D Department will manage to keep pace with world-known
enterprises such as ISRI in German, Antolin in Spain, etc. so as to improve our company¡¯s research
and development ability and paving an independent and innovative way.
The strategy of R&D Department is to implement simulation and innovation in the first two and three years and heading towards researching and developing independently. We are anticipating lower costs, development new products, higher product quality and further exploiting overseas markets.
