We sent 3 persons to receive the Japan experienced TPS expert' training
for half a year in 2004. After that,they returned and established TPS improved
team.It began to carry out with the demonstration line from March,2005 and
introduced the system of "KANBAN" production and "Just-in-time" production.
In 2006, it is fullly applied to every production line, assisted and guided
the supplier to strengthen its quality system in order to achieve the coexist,
co-flourish goal.
